As you open the door to Avalon 2 you will realise that you have one of the best views that Yamba has to offer. Picture perfect ocean views, with the sand and surf at your fingertips. - Accommodates up to 5 guests - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 car - Linen (please bring beach towels) - Complementary Wi-Fi - subject to service provider - Ocean views - Communal BBQ - No pets allowed (this includes visiting pets) Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds TV room 1 Sofa bed. Situated on the ever popular Ocean Street, Avalon has uninterrupted views of Convent Beach and Lovers Point. Walking distance to Main beach, cafes, shops, pubs and clubs. Perfect for a small family beachfront holiday, or a couples escape. Terms and Conditions - Schoolies, bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property. Strict No Party policy. No pets. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies. This property is not suitable for persons under 25 years of age without prior approval. Schoolies will not be accepted, please do not ask.
