Set in Gloucester in the New South Wales region, Barrington Hideaway- River Cottages features a patio. Each accommodation at the 4-star country house has garden views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to barbecue facilities. The country house offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The country house provides guests with a terrace, mountain views, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a toaster, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer. A balcony with an outdoor dining area and river views is offered in every unit. At the country house, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Guests at the country house will be able to enjoy activities in and around Gloucester, like fishing, canoeing and hiking. Guests can also warm themselves near outdoor fireplace after a day of cycling.

Just 5 mins out of Gloucester, along Thunderbolt’s Way, perched above the beautiful Barrington River, Barrington Hideaway is a rural retreat located between the charming towns of Gloucester and Barrington. An ideal base for accessing the world heritage Barrington Tops or as a destination in it’s own right, Barrington Hideaway provides a relaxing experience where you can enjoy wildlife, tranquility and luxury. Each of the red cedar cottages are set amongst a well establish native garden to ensure you have private accommodation for your stay. While relaxing on your private verandah enjoy the open views of the Barrington River and surrounding countryside. Each cottage is furnished to reflect a luxury standard and is equiped with 2 bedrooms, a twin bedded room and a queen room and stylish bathroom. There is a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining and a great outdoor area with Webber BBQ for outdoor dining. Wildlife is abundant with common siting’s of Platypus from the cottage deck or from river path being a highlight for many.
