Baudins of Busselton is a custom-built, multi-award-winning Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Busselton, part of the Margaret River Region. Ideally located 500m to the beach and 1km to town, our accommodation is set back from the road and completely separate from the owners' home. The Bed & Breakfast is split across two buildings: The rear house features four guest rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, fridge, TV/DVD, kitchenette, safe, R/C air conditioning, tea and coffee making, and free toiletries. All linen is high quality. There are three Queen rooms and one Triple room (Single and Queen bed). All rooms lead off a communal lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, plus FREE laundry facilities, ironing board, and laundry detergent. The front house includes a Master Suite with a Queen bed and large private bathroom, as well as a Triple Room Suite featuring three bedrooms and one shared bathroom. All guests share the common areas of both buildings, including the shared dining area, lounge, kitchen, and breakfast space. FREE high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and off-street parking is provided for one car per room. Outside, relax in the lush gardens, watch the visiting birdlife, or make use of the free BBQ facilities. A quality continental breakfast with many options is included in the tariff. We value all our guests and strive to make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience.

Set in West Busselton, approximately 500 metres from the beach of Geographe Bay, and 1 km to the town centre, Baudins is ideally located to enjoy the sights and relaxed lifestyle on offer. Visit the Busselton museum, the mile long jetty, the underwater observatory, ride the jetty train, stroll along the beach or just sit at a beach side café and watch the blue waters of the ocean. The Courthouse and Old Jail complex is popular with art on display and resident artists at work, with a lovely tea room on site. The Geo art complex is opposite, as well as many shops to peruse along the main streets of the town centre. The Busselton Markets are held every Sunday morning on the Foreshore. The foreshore itself provides a walk and cycle track, lush lawn areas, shady trees and BBQ facilities. Drive 20 minutes to Dunsborough, 25 to Yallingup and Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, 25 minutes to Cowaramup and 35 minutes to Margaret River, Busselton is the ideal base from which to explore the Margaret River Region..
