Nestled in a nice tree-lined street, just a 2-minute stroll from the Blackburn Lake Sanctuary, our Bed & Breakfast provides exclusive use of the entire First Foor for either a single person or a couple. Your private space includes a spacious Bedroom with a Smart TV, a modern Ensuite Bathroom with Hair Dryer, and a Walk-in Robe. A cozy living area awaits, equipped with a large sofa, Smart TV, Sound System, Bar Fridge and Tea & Coffee Facilities. There are no Self Catering Kitchen Facilities. A Fully Cooked or Continetal Breakfast is included each day featuring homemade Sourdough Bread and Barista-Quality Coffee. Breakfast can be served in the casual meals area or outdoors under a covered pergola in our private rear garden with a Water Feature, Pot Plants, and a Large Umbrella. Guests are also welcome to use the gas BBQ adjacent to the pergola. For those staying for Work or Conferences, a dedicated desk area with free and unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Power points are plentiful for your devices. Quality amenities, including Bed Linen, Pillows, Bath Towels and Toiletries ensure your comfort. Heating, Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fan provide Climate Control and there is a North-Facing view over the Front Garden with Undercover Off Street Parking. As our guest you'll also enjoy access to the formal lounge room on the ground floor and our spacious rumpus room with a slate billiard table, a comfy corner couch, a 50" smart TV, and another sound system. A bus stop just two houses away provides access to Blackburn Station and the City or explore the vibrant South Parade Blackburn, boasting a bustling Cafe Culture & Restaurants.

The Neighbourhood is quiet with lovely tree lined streets. Blackburn lies approximately 19km East of Melbourne and is Midway to the famous Yarra Valley Wineries with excellent access to The Dandenong Ranges, Healsville Sanctuary and Phillip Island.
