The property consist of a entire home and a 1x bed sit (granny flat) accommodating 12 people in total. Go fishing, kayaking or snorkeling in Maroochy River right across the road. The main house has 3 bedrooms which consists of 1 queen bed in the master, the second bedroom with two singles beds and a third air conditioned bedroom with a king zipper bed (or x2 singles) also comes with pull out sofas in the media room for the extended family. The separate studio comes with another queen bed and ensuite bathroom perfect for the parents! There is a large double garage which holds the gamesroom with a pool table.
