It has lovely views and a great location. It is perfect for a family or a respectful group of friends, and is definitely not a party house - being surrounded on all sides by a quiet residential area. The house retains many original features to give it a distinctive style, but has many new or modernised attributes - all true to the photos. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. Where will I be? Cloud Nine is located in Sharwood Place, a quiet cul-de-sac in Gerringong. It is elevated enough to get lovely ocean views, yet close enough to walk to the beach or the shops and cafes of Gerringong. There is a short cut to beach via a path at the end of Sharwood Place.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
