Situated behind The Guesthouse on Regent BnB, this compact 1 bedroom granny flat has a private courtyard which is fully fenced for pet and child safety. The private courtyard has outside seating and a dining table and is fully lit with fairy lights so is perfect to enjoy an evening drink or refreshments. The granny flat has its own self contained kitchen so is perfect for meal preparation or alternatively, we are less than 980ms from the beach, local restaurants and cafes and shopping centres. It's perfect for a couples escape or beachside weekend away from the city and suburbs. SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THE OUTDOOR AREAS (not inside the granny flat itself). NOTIFICATION: Due to the compact size of the bedroom, the bed is against the wall which may not suit all couples, and some footsteps above MAY be heard between 8am-6pm from the rooftop clothesline area. IMPORTANT INFO FOR DOG OWNERS: Please be aware of the following information. Our Pet friendly permit issued by the local government council office, allows for a maximum of TWO DOGS ONLY. We kindly ask that you please DO NOT leave your dog unattended for more than 30mins. Dogs left in new surroundings often fret and bark continuously and unfortunately our neighbours have complained to the local council several times. We are now on our last warning from the council regarding barking dogs left unattended in our granny flat and therefore risk having our pet friendly permit revoked which would greatly affect existing reservations with pets and their holiday plans. If you have quiet dogs and need to leave them unattended for longer than 30 minutes, please let us know IN ADVANCE before you leave so that arrangements can be made to contact you if needed. We do appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

Caloundra is a seaside town situated 94kms north of Brisbane on the Sunshine coast. We are less than 30min drive for all major tourist attractions including Australia Zoo, The Big Pineapple, The Ginger Factory and Aussie World. We are also only 30mins from the Sunshine Coast airport in Maroochydore.
