Capturing beautiful sunlight throughout, this apartment sets the benchmark for contemporary living in Darwin. Full length glass doors open to the outdoors, framing views over the city and waterfront. Inside an open plan layout means there’s plenty of space for groups to spread out. Dine indoors or out on the balcony making use of the fully catered kitchen and a BBQ. Or take things slow in the morning up at the breakfast bar thanks to a coffee machine, while there are plenty of shops and cafes close by. After exploring the city, kick back on the sofas, enjoying a large central TV, or make the most of shared resort-style facilities including an outdoor pool and gym. Each of the three bedrooms is impeccably presented with air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable. All are set with queen-sized beds, while the primary bedroom highlights a walk-in wardrobe and modern ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The main bathroom makes it easy to refresh in style with a large walk-in shower. In-unit laundry facilities also add to your daily convenience with both a washing machine and dryer. Secure undercover parking is provided for one car.
