Only a 4 minute stroll to Nelson Bay's famous Little Beach, a 3 minute drive into the CBD, shopping, restaurants and marina or a minute more to beautiful Shoal Bay.  You really couldn't ask for a better location.  Air conditioning, ceiling fans, modern furnishings, linen provided, unlimited Wi-fi plus Foxtel ensure you have everything you could possibly want. This 3 bedroom holiday property is located in the upstairs section of this beautiful home.  Walk in to the huge, open plan lounge / dining and modern kitchen with access to the large rear balcony with outdoor dining area and BBQ.   Down the hall you will find a modern bathroom and 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms. Holiday at Dixon Drive No.6 and you can leave the car at home.
