Escape to 39 @ Cape View is located in the Cape View Resort Busselton and is the perfect family getaway with full use of resort facilities. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, holiday villa is all on ground level, making it a perfect holiday for families with small children and\/or guests with mobility issues that may require mobility aids. Villa 39 is located within the Cape View Resort, at the entrance to the complex and is just a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty, City Shopping and Food Precinct. Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, modern kitchen, fans in all bedroom, ensuite bathroom to main bedroom, patio area and a outdoor alfresco with an enclosed yard for the kids to run around safely while you relax. The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen and laundry facility. There is undercover parking and space for 2 cars. . All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
