A beautiful unique place to stay, the mudbrick Stable Lofts are nestled on the historic Hawthorn Villa Estate and set in lush private gardens including a grove of the tallest Californian Redwoods.
Gather gourmet goodies from your travels to enjoy at your Stable or experience our local Inn for a hearty meal and see the town’s rich history through photos and stories.
The mudbrick Stable keeps the perfect temperature with aircon giving instant warmth in winter and cool in summer.
Situated perfectly just out of Launceston and surrounded by Tasmania’s northern attractions, with so much to explore make sure you book enough time to absorb the experience.
You’ll find complimentary gourmet goodies such as ground coffee beans, home baked cookies, free-range eggs from our chickens and the ultimate fire-pit accompaniments – hot cocoa and marshmallows.
My partner Innes and I moved from Sydney in 2003, falling in love with the unique Tasmanian lifestyle with it’s amazing island to explore, wonderful people, produce, countless distilleries & the freshest air! We are passionate about gardening and renovating and of course hosting you at The Stable Lofts.
