The house is exceptionally comfortable for short or longer stays and is perfect for a family or even two families wanting a great holiday with something for everyone. A great place to get away for some relaxed family time, or even two families travelling together and exploring the east coast of Tasmania. It is large enough to offer everyone their own space.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and generous ensuite. The bed is fitted with an electric blanket and luxurious linen. Bedroom two also contains a queen bed with electric blanket and luxurious linen. The remaining two bedrooms each contain a bunk bed and trundle bed, accommodating up to 3 people per room. The spacious main bathroom has both shower as well as a bath tub.
The sun filled living and dining room with its large dining table is a wonderful gathering place for lazy lunches, to enjoy a great meal, good wine and maybe cards or a board game. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay, including a modern generously sized fridge, microwave and upright stove and oven combination. I am a stay at home mother of three amazing kids. I love to spend time in my garden and to catch up with friends for a coffee and chat. I am also quite passionate about cooking and can often be found in the kitchen cooking something up just for fun. Our family is generally quiet and respectful of guests boundaries, and we expect the same in return. I enjoy hosting and I try to make every stay as comfortable as possible and am always willing to answer any questions you may have. I also listen to my guests and will try my best to make your stay as memorable as possible.
We can understand why you would want to visit this beautiful township, it has everything; beautiful beaches, including the internationally acclaimed Bay of Fires, rainforests and serene bush as well as a range of various services. The town has a laid back vibe which is how the locals like it. There is no shortage of places to eat or places to shop, or even to just sit back with a coffee and watch life pass.
Most importantly there is plenty to see and do from surfing, bush walking, mountain biking including the internationally acclaimed Blue Derby trails on the Blue Tier, snorkelling and diving.
St Helens is the largest town on Tasmania's east coast and just a few kilometres away from Binalong Bay and the southern end of the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Fires, one of Lonely Planet's top 10 regions in the world. It is the perfect peaceful place to unwind, explore, walk, fish, read, or just relax and enjoy.
