This hidden gem is right in the middle of Queenscliff behind the Vue Grand just a 2 minute walk to the main street shops and restaurants and close by parklands, the beach, market place - ideal for the Music Festival, Blues Train, Q Train, weddings and so many other celebrations. If you are going to a local event, this is the place to be. You can easily walk to most of the local activities from here! You enter the apartment from a lovely shared garden space into a leafy private courtyard and this funky 1 bedroom apartment is sure to surprise. It has generous living space with a mezannine level loft which is accessed via a ladder which provides a small sitting area - (it is not recommended for guest's use unless confident with ladders and guest use at own risk) the living area has a wood burning heater (BYO wood) plus R/C airconditioning, up a few steps to the dining banquette and kitchen area. The kitchen has a gas cooker and electric oven, small bar fridge, dishwasher and microwave along with all the normal bits and bobs you would expect. The location gives easy access to all the great Queenscliff eateries. The lovely bedroom has beautiful linen, pillows galore and towels included. The bathroom has a corner spa to relax and enjoy some me time. Please note the shower is over the bath. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Secure off street car parking is available, pick up the remote control for the gate when you arrive. LINEN: Linen and bathroom towels are supplies, just bring your own beach towels. CAN YOU BRING PETS: Yes this is a pet friendly property. WIFI: YES!! FIREPLACE: Wood is NOT supplied, service stations sell bags for you to enjoy the open fireplace. *Deposit or Full payment will be processed as soon as the booking is confirmed. Please be aware that the QCHB booking fee is non-refundable as this booking is powered by QCHB, so do yourself a favour and read up on their T&C's on their website.
