Set just 200 metres from the lighthouse, this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom townhouse offers a perfect retreat. Upstairs, the light-filled living space offers a comfortable lounge area with a large smart TV, a dining area, and a stylish kitchen. Glass doors lead to a sun-drenched balcony with a wooden table and BBQ-ideal for soaking in the northern aspect and enjoying the winter sun. Downstairs, the two bedrooms are well-appointed, with the master opening onto a small, pebbled courtyard. Both rooms feature ceiling fans for added comfort. A delightful travertine bathroom is on this level, alongside a convenient laundry near the entrance. This townhouse is just a short walk to Turners Beach, Main Beach with its iconic Ocean Rock Pool, and Convent Beach. You'll also find Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, and further afield, Angourie with its Green Point, Blue Pools, and Spooky's Beach. Whether you prefer fishing, water sports on the Clarence River, or exploring Lake Wooloweyah, outdoor adventures are on your doorstep.
