This spacious air-conditioned 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is only a few minutes to all the trendy cafes, brewery and art galleries of upmarket Moffat Beach. Grab your surfboard and stroll down to Moffat Beach's famous point break, enjoy sunset picnics on the Headland, long beach walks, beachfront barbecues with the family at the playgrounds. The building is very peaceful, beautiful and private and upmarket with only 3 units exclusively across each of the 3 floors, meaning you have private lift access to our apartment, providing you with exclusive use of the second floor. This modern space features a large open plan living and dining area, with ocean breezes throughout, two living areas to relax and un-wind (both with TV's), as well as an outdoor living space with Moffat Beach headland views. The fully equipped kitchen contains all your necessities to cook a storm and enjoy dinner whilst you soak up those amazing ocean views over dinner. Enjoy sunset drinks and the Weber BBQ with friends on the outdoor patio, or a quiet morning coffee.

You are minutes walk to local cafe's, bars and coffeeshops. A surf break across the road, and the nearby sunshine coast walkway which connects seamlessly to King's Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere.
