Walk to Rosehill Race Course and to Parramatta CBD, walk to bus and train and easy access to M4 Motorway.

All our beds are real timber frame beds, very strong support for your good sleep, not an assemble bed, the mattress for the leather sofa bed is not a thin foam mat, but a real thick mattress with spring coils.
