With a rich history including periods as an officer’s club for the nearby barracks and a boarding house for visitors from around the colony, this meticulously preserved gem offers a glimpse into the past while providing modern comforts for an unforgettable stay. Rambling verdant old-world gardens that includes mature magnolias, maples, Japanese Cherry and wisteria, offer the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Hobart. The servant quarters are fully self-contained with living, double bedroom, bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The quarters boast original features such as the double cast iron cooking range, expose convict brick and sandstone offering the perfect mix between old world charm and modern comfort. No off-street parking is available, however parking is available on the street. WIFI is offered to all guests.
