Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Mantainance Notice: The Pavilion Mooloolaba, an independent restaurant next to Mantra Mooloolaba Beach, is undergoing renovations to enhance its services. Work occurs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with some noise expected, finishing by December 2025. Hotel facilities remain unaffected. We appreciate your understanding.
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
