I am a call or a text away for all your queries. For on-site assistance, I am 20min away. Please this unit is privately managed; we ask you to not disturb the resort reception team to any matter. There are 1 set of stairs to access the unit that is on the 1st floor.

With direct ocean access and full facilities including outdoor spa, pool, tennis court, gym and a small basketball court to keep you entertained when you are not at the beach. For the kids, there is a playground located 30m and a skateboard park only 80m along a path, which leads to several patrolled beaches, shops, cafes, fuel station and grocery store. 🏖 The 3 BR Beachside unit has direct access to Marcoola Beach and full Resort facilities. 🏖 Unit is on the 1st floor access by stairs only- There is a underground parking for 1 car- 2nd car par in the visitor park. 🏖 Well-positioned and designed, the apartment is open and breezy and flooded with natural light, while remaining spacious and comfortable with all the facilities. 🏖 All three bedrooms have a queen bed, quality linen, fans and good space wardrobe. 🏖 The main bedroom has an ensuite, walking robe and TV. 🏖 The lounge room has AC & a large TV and internet to sign in to your Netflix account and enjoy movies and entertainment. 🏖 The kitchen is full equipped included large fridge, stove, oven & dishwasher. 🏖 Laundry is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron board and iron. 🏖 A portable cot and a high chair are available upon request during your stay (guests to bring child linen). 🏖 Resort facilities are heated pool, spa, gym, tennis court, mini Basketball court, access direct to the sand beach. 🏖 3 Golf Course close by, within 10 minutes driving - Twin Waters Golf Club- Maroochy Rive Golf Club & Mount Coolum Golf Club.
