Located in Kirwan Close, this self-contained value accommodation has plenty of facilities like a communal outdoor pool, allocated car parking, and a busy social environment. Self-contained one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen facilities including microwave. Lounge room with TV/DVD, Electric heating. 1 bathroom with bath and laundry facilities. Undercover parking & communal outdoor pool.
