Located in Kirwan Close, this self-contained value accommodation has plenty of facilities like a communal outdoor pool, allocated car parking, and a busy social environment. Self-contained one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen facilities including microwave. Lounge room with TV/DVD, Electric heating. 1 bathroom with bath and laundry facilities. Undercover parking & communal outdoor pool. Layout: I flight external stairs, the apartment is all on 1 level Bedding configuration: Bedroom: King (can be 2 x Singles) *Only these room configurations can change and must be requested in the booking notes for a variation at the time of booking. If booking within 3 weeks: only the default bedding will be set in the property. All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied.
