Welcome to our newly built architectural luxury spacious 5-bedroom home. Sentinel Chalet 12A.
PERFECT for 2 families or extended families. Ideal for large groups. The home sleeps 14 people.
All the features carefully chosen to ensure your time in Jindabyne, is spent in complete comfort ALL year-round.
Location is 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to town. Winter months the ski resorts Perisher and Thredbo are approx 35kms away.
Ski and snowboard at either resort, Perisher offers tobogganing for families.
Summer, Autumn and spring, the snowy mountains have plenty of activities to offer. Enjoy adventuring the Mountain Bike trails, Hiking, Fishing, horse riding, golf, relax in the spa resort or join a yoga class. Lake Jindabyne offers water sports, and boating.

The Luxury home consists of 2 levels. The north facing open plan dining and living area it is sun drenched keeping the chalet warm and cozy with gas fireplace to gaze at after a busy day. Flowing out from the dining area the outdoor alfresco patio to entertain, relax on outdoor lounge or dining table whilst cooking on the BBQ. full ducted air-conditioning on both levels. There are 5 spacious bedrooms with top quality hotel linen, towels, plush pillows and throw rugs, super comfy pillowtop mattresses, 3 bedrooms can be arranged into king size or single beds to accommodate your group. TV's in bedrooms and 65inch TV in lounge areas, with netflick and kay sports channels. plenty of books, games and xbox consoles for kids or adults.
Heated floors throughout the home, 3 modern bathrooms one with a spa bath, another separate lounge or kids area, 2 outdoor patio’s overlooking garden and outdoor firepit to sit around and gaze at the millions of stars. Early mornings or dusk time you may see the wildlife Deers and kangaroos.
There is a Double lock up garage, area to store ski equipment or mountain bikes. Parking for 3 cars and vacant land next door for extra cars.

Sentinel Chalet is Located in the Highview Estate at the top of Jindabyne. With snow cap Mountains views capturing amazing sunsets. The Backyard consists of rural rolling hills, wide open spaces to ride your bike or take a nature walk down to the bubbling creek. The kangaroo's and wild deer's are common visitors early morning and at dusk. If you are lucky you will see a number of them, the wild deer are very shy creatures, walk over the bushland area behind the chalet hopefully you will see a number of them.
On a clear night be sure to look at the millions of twinkling stars, definitely worth it. The sunsets can be amazing with vibrant red orange colours. It can snow in Jindabyne and the chalet can be covered in snow.
The neighbourhood is quieter during the summer months and busier during the winter months. Jagungal street itself is mostly residential and short term holiday properties. Parking for 3 cars on the property and also free parking is available off street, there is also vacant land next door to park cars.
Driving or walking around Jindabyne is the main source of transport. Jindabyne does have a taxi service called Jindabyne Taxi's. There is some uber drivers but sometimes hard to book in busy periods. The local bowling club and Banjo Patterson Pub offers free shuttle bus rides to and from venues. Book these via the venues.
It is 5 min drive or 12 mins walk to the main shops and restaurants. The in
winter period there are Shuttle Buses that can drop you at the ski tube or Perisher and Thredbo ski resorts for a fee. The pick up point is located approx 3 mins away if you drive
