This 2 storey, 3 bedroom holiday home is located on Nelson's Beach Reserve. There is access to the beach via the rear gate and short walk through the reserve.  Featuring 2 main bedrooms upstairs and a large 3rd bedroom with bunk beds downstairs. A fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room Foxtel and Wi-Fi for guests enjoyment and two bathrooms.  The rear decking has an outdoor setting overlooking the fully fenced backyard.  Only minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. There are a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and bike hire. Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds however, this property does not provide linen you will need to bring it with you. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. Linen hire is available from a local supplier. No parking in garage. Off-street parking is available, including space for your boat.
