We have been here for over 35 years, it is on 5 acres most of it bush we have a lot of wild life, we are close to city only 25 minutes, and from the airport 12 minutes. Also we have great vineyards historic village about 20 minutes away, beautiful beaches all just a short distance from home, we have BBQ for you to use, all in a quite tranquil setting, we joined bookings in May 2016 and we have receive 2 guest revue awards, so we decided to open another room, it is different from the other one, it is not attached to the house own kitchenette and private court yard which overlooks our bush block. You may be lucky to see our local wild life, we are so close to everything, and yet you will feel like your far away, so come and enjoy our new room and our first room to which we have done some improvement to, looking forward to meeting you from what ever part of the World or Australia you are traveling from. Things have change in the last year or so we are know longer alone, 2 of our children have come home it great as they help out a lot, as at this stage we both are still working but hopefully that will change,so come and say with us and experience the beautiful bush land we are on and only short drive to many of Hobart's history and beautiful scenery.

Our neighborhood is quite as we all are on acreage,so far enough away not to bother us.
