We give guests their space & privacy, but will be available via phone if needed. We have a self check in lock box facility at the villa door for convenience. If your booking is for 10 nights or longer, we will provide a complimentary mid stay linen changeover as shown in the below examples. 10 or 11 night stay = changeover will be on the day after the 5th night 12 or 13 night stay = changeover will be on the day after the 6th night 14 or 15 night stay = changeover will be on the day after the 7th night etc.... We will confirm the date and time of linen change once you've checked in. We will email instructions on how to access the keys/lockbox within 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Getting around Port Douglas is a breeze, shuttle bus's are on call to take you to town and back. the IGA is a 10 min walk. Hire a bike, locally and explore.
