A large dining table encourages guests to come together for a shared meal, making use of the BBQ and fire pit. Serene, ambient evenings await here with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sunset over the ocean. Inside, there are two dedicated lounge spaces creating separate entertainment zones for adults and kids. All bedrooms are located upstairs and offer a combination of ceiling fans and cooling to keep things comfortable. The sumptuous primary suite comes with a queen-sized bed, its own TV and boasts sea views from the balcony. It benefits from a private ensuite bathroom with a spa bath for a warm or cool soak, rain shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms are both fitted with a queen bed, with the second boasting balcony access and ocean views. The fourth bedroom is set with two king singles, ideal for those travelling with kids, but can be pushed together upon request to create a king bed. These bedrooms share the modern main upstairs bathroom, while a second full bathroom can be found downstairs. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities, including a washing machine and ample clothes line space to dry items inside and outside. Secure undercover parking is provided.

Nightcliff Jetty is a popular spot to watch the sun set and food trucks are often parked in the area for a picnic meal. The Sunday Nightcliff Markets showcase a great range of arts and crafts along with food and local entertainment, while the famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market offers Aboriginal art, fashion and a melting pot of delicious cuisines.
