Restaurants, cafes and amenities are all on your doorstep with central Caloundra only a 5-minute drive away. This quiet apartment is away from the main road and located on the 3rd floor with north facing views over the heated pool. The space The kitchen is spacious with a dishwasher, 4 burner cooktop, microwave and full-size fridge/freezer. There is an Air Fryer but please note, there is no oven. A welcome pack with tea and coffee is provided to get you started. The lounge/dining area has a 2 seater and a 3 seater couch which is also a double fold out bed for extra guests. TV with Foxtel, ceiling fan and Split System Air Conditioner. The balcony opens up from the living and bedroom and looks over the lush gardens and pool. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and vanity. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer for your use. Guest access The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. You will also have access to the pool, BBQ area and the underground secure parking. Other things to note Please note, there is a lift to access the 3rd floor direct from the underground car park. The lift will take you to level 3, however, you will then need to go down half a level (approx 7 stairs) to access the apartment. This apartment is not wheelchair accessible. The nightly tariff includes the main bed only, for use of the sofabed and linen please select a 3rd adult so it will trigger the extra person charge. Please note: there is some building works around the complex and expect some building noise during the day until early April.
