Just 5 minutes' walk from the white sands of Mermaid Beach on Queensland's Gold Coast, this tropical resort offers self-contained apartments with free WiFi, flat-screen TVs and cooking facilities. Guests can enjoy 4 swimming pools and an on-site restaurant. Guests also enjoy free parking. The Turtle Beach Resort offers family-size apartments surrounded by lush gardens and swimming pools. Guests can soak up the sun in the lagoon pool, try the pool slide, or unwind in the spa pool. The Deck Restaurant and Bar offers a delicious selection of wood-fired pizzas, salads and drinks. Take advantage of the sunshine with a round on the mini golf course. You can also visit the nearby theme parks, The Star Casino, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and championship golf courses. Turtle Beach Resort has designed a holiday program especially for the kids, with fun activities including video games, party theme nights, and movie screenings. Splash Zone Water Park is also on-site and includes water slides, toddler slides, a dumping bucket, water cannons and a range of other water activities.

Please note that the property is a 3-storey building with no lift access. Each level is only accessed via stairs, which may be unsuitable for some guests.
Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is offered for stays of 9 or more nights.
Please note that reception hours are as follows:
Sunday–Thursday from 07:00 until 19:00
Friday–Saturday from 07:00 until 21:00
Please note a 1.65% credit card surcharge applies to all transactions.
A valid credit card must be shown upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and the same credit card used at the time of booking.
Please be advised the light rail extension development project is currently in progress; there may be some noise from the nearby construction. We do apologise and thank you for your understanding.
Please note that all apartments have air-conditioning in the living rooms only, except the 2 Bedroom Family Suite which also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms.
