Peacefully tucked away just footsteps from Sunset Beach, this bespoke garden townhouse makes the most of it's balmy Darwin locale. The living room has a breezy indoor-outdoor flow with the front and back garden doors open up completely. High ceilings have fans and air conditioning keeping the space cool as you unwind on the lounge and armchairs by the large TV with Netflix. The sleek kitchen has a long stone bench with bar stools for casual dining under ambient pendant lights. The glass splashback displays garden views and modern appliances provide cooking essentials. Dine together at the 10-seater table or make your way outside to the the front garden to enjoy meals on the six-seater outdoor table surrounded by greenery. From here, you'll have direct access to the foreshore. In the back garden, vine covered trellis provide shade and privacy for barbecues and relaxation. Find gratifying rest in the bedrooms with leafy outlooks and air conditioning. The main bedroom features a grand king size bed in a wooden frame with matching bedside tables. Sliding shutters open up to an ocean view plus a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite boasts two sinks, large mirrors and mosaic tiling. The second bedroom has a queen bed, sweeping windows and a table that can be used as a makeup vanity or desk to set up your laptop. The third bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe and a sunny window. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the main bathroom with a wall sized mirror and a spacious shower. The laundry is on the first floor, along with a half bathroom, and the lower ground has a secure garage with two car spots. A mid-stay cleaning fee of AUD325 for every scheduled clean will be applied to reservations with more than 14 days of stay. The mid-stay cleaning includes change of linen, light cleaning of the property, and checking for any issues that may have been incurred during the stay, and this will be scheduled every fortnight until you check out.

Enjoy being just a 10-minute drive to the main tourist destinations of Darwin such as the buzzing Waterfront Precinct whilst also enjoying feeling slightly secluded in this beachside suburb of Fannie Bay. Just 200 metres from Sunset Beach you will love looking onto the waters and walking along the Fannie Bay foreshore. In just a five-minute drive, check out East Point Reserve which is Darwin's largest park where you can enjoy walking trails and the beautiful Lake Alexander. If you have kids in tow, East Point Playground is a shaded play area with the Salty Plum Cafe next door where you can relax by the water.
