Embark on a journey with us. We traded our corporate roles and the hustle and bustle of city living for the tranquillity of a simpler, more serene lifestyle. Our own tree-change led us to discover the beauty of slowing down and reconnecting with nature. Our love of travel, latterly an escape from our hectic careers, gave us the opportunity to see the world, indulging in boutique accommodation, retreats and rejuvenating spa treatments.
Now we have opened our doors to share the peace, tranquillity and self-care with those in need of rest and recuperation. We offer luxury accommodations with a choice of our private one-group holiday bed and breakfast, a self-contained cottage or the option to book both for larger groups.

Food - Local produce grazing boards, picnic baskets with pluggable chilled Eskys and top up BBQ breakfast baskets are available to pre-order via our website or can be requested the day before. Escape to tranquillity at Serenity House enviably situated down an enchanting forest-clad path, off the Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trail.
This luxury retreat, takes one-group bookings of up to eight, ensuring privacy outside of a daily complimentary local produce breakfast. During breakfast the knowledgeable concierge ensures you make the most out of your holiday, whilst housekeeping restocks and returns washed crockery, allowing you more time to unwind with family/friends.
The lodge was built for an antique dealer, who incorporated reclaimed period features throughout four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stunning lounge boasting a wood burner, a well-stocked library, lead crystal doors and deep sash-window seats adorned with cushions.
The large verandah with comfortable seating, undercover pagoda, bedrooms and fire pit benefit from a serene cottage garden and forest views. Should you wish to cook there is a generously appointed kitchenette and an undercover outdoor gas barbeque with stove.
Serenity House is a ten-minute walk from this historic timber town’s amenities including restaurants and a short drive to several more wineries/restaurants.
Enhance your serenity by asking about the exclusive spa treatments, tailored retreats, picnic packs and romance packages. Or make use of priority access to Pemberton Charters for tailored tours and restaurant transfers.

Come join us in the South West forests of Western Australia in the scenic, timber town of Pemberton. Our property neighbors the Gloucester National Park where you can pick up the Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trail. We are within walking distance to the Gloucester Tree, Pemberton Pool and a short drive from additional walk/bike trails, dams, stunning coastlines, two/four-wheel self-drives, parks, fishing spots, local produce shops (e.g. chocolate, cheese, honey) and several art and heritage offerings. There are also river cruises and organised tours available in town. We also provide the town's chauffer service, Pemberton Charters, for small group winery, restaurant, pick up/drop offs as well as organised tours of the region.
The town amenities within a ten-minute walk from the property include various restaurants, a pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers, bank, post office, coffee shops, gift shops, bottle-shops, laundries and a garage. There are also several wineries a short drive away.
We are a perfect base to explore the South West. Pemberton is a three-and-a-half-hour drive south of Perth, a twenty-five-minute drive from the award-winning truffle town of Manjimup and under an hour's drive to the pretty towns of Bridgetown and Nannup. As well as our tranquil forests, we are under an hour’s drive from dramatic coastlines such as Salmon Beach, Pt. D’Entrecasteaux and Yeagarup Dunes, whilst the Walpole Inlets and Peaceful Bay are just over an hour’s drive away. Take a day trip to the Valley Of The Giants treetop walk, Denmark and Greens Pool or visit Albany. We are also a great base to travel onwards to Esperance.
Or simply enjoy the sights, scents and sounds of our gardens from your undercover patio and spot the wide variety of butterflies, birds, kangaroos and in the evening check out the Milky Way and stars.
