Comfortable two bedroom apartment with sunny balcony overlooking town and lake. Sleeping five, room 1 has double bed and room 2 has a single and set of bunks. Open living has full kitchen facilities, dinging area, lounge with TV/DVD and new lounges and access to the balcony with BBQ. Bathroom is combined with laundry with washing machine and dryer. Double carport. Located in quiet location, property has double carport and backs on to reserve. Electric heating throughout and drying closet make it a great accommodation to stay. Other important facts: - This property is fully equipped with linen for your stay (towels, bed linen, tea towels etc.) - Your booking includes a starter pack of amenities and a Friendly Grocer Voucher - Property access is via steep driveway - Carport clearance is 2.5m - A 50% deposit will be processed at time of booking.
