Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by brand new, modern furnishings and décor. The living and dining area features floor to ceiling windows and doors, to allow the natural sunlight to fill the interior. Relax on the spacious recliner lounge, and tune in to your favourite series on the Smart TV. Within the complex, guests can take a dip in the sparkling in ground pool, and enjoy the communal BBQ area surrounding it. In the near future, the complex will also feature a gym, local supermarket, mid-coast council library, cafés & restaurants in the commercial space. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties. ** Please note, construction on the residential precinct is due to commence in 2025, and is subject to change without notice. However, please know, we will always do our best to keep our guests updated. With the stunning break wall, Ocean Baths, Wallis Lake and Forster’s Main Beach all within a stones throw, you’ll have everything you need at your doorstep. Embark on the gorgeous 4km Bicentennial Walk beginning at the Ocean Baths, and taking you through bushland to Second Head Lookout, along Pebbly Beach, past ‘The Tanks', onto Bennetts Head Lookout, and finishing up at One Mile Beach. Needless to say, there are many opportunities to stop for a swim, picnic and some pretty spectacular photo opportunities.
