Required works will be carried out Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm and Saturday, 8am-1pm. No works will be carried out on Sundays. Please be assured that the construction company managing the project is committed to maintaining a safe environment and minimising disruptions for guests, neighbours, and residents. Measures will be implemented to control noise, dust and traffic disruption. For this reason, we are offering a reduced rate to offset the possible disturbance from the works. Please note, due to the already reduced rate, there will be no further discounts or compensation offered.
