A great 3-bedroom apartment that is only steps away from Mudjimba Beach, plus it has a magnificent view. In the best location in Mudjimba, you have several cafes and takeaways, including amazing fish & chips, a wine bar & coffee all minute's walk away. There’s a kid's playground 100m from the apartment right at the beach. The apartment has a large balcony, a main bedroom with an ensuite and an air conditioner in the lounge area. There is access to most streaming apps via Apple TV should you want just to relax and watch your favourite series or movies. Minutes from Twin Waters, Maroochydore & Marcoola

Off Mudjimba sits an Island about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) off the coast. The island forms part of the suburb and is protected as part of the Maroochy River Conservation Park. The island is known as Old Woman Island and is associated with an Aboriginal legend of two women who were stranded on the island and gathered the Midyam berries as food.
