Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located generously sized four bedroom air conditioned duplex with magnificent views of the waterways and headlands. The expansive living, kitchen and dining rooms effortlessly flows onto the large balcony with panoramic views of the Port Stephens waterways and the iconic headlands. With four bedrooms of accommodation, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a quaint rear yard, be prepared to enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway. Entering the duplex is the welcome hallway which leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room complete with a large smart TV and Retro gaming table with 70 games including Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and Space Invaders. This leads out onto the covered patio and charming quiet grassed rear yard. Upstairs is the open plan living, dining and kitchen with outdoor balcony. Webber BBQ and Wifi and another bathroom. Master bedroom with ensuite and bedroom 4. Internal laundry with additional toilet. Driveway Parking Only.

Salamander Bay offers it’s own charming and unique attractions for visitors, and neighbours Soldiers Point where Rick Stein's restaurant and the Cheeky Dog is located along with the Marina with a cafe and restaurant. Time here is best spent outdoors, either exploring the beautiful bay or surrounding parkland or simply pulling out the picnic set and enjoying the weather. The property is near Wanda Beach and George Reserve (with BBQs, seating and a childrens playground). The shopping area has a medical centre, chemist, small supermarket, day spa, hairdresser, bakery, florist, butcher, coffee shop, chinese restaurant, bottle shop and a fish n chip shop. Famous Holberts Oysters is also located in the back area.
