Each room includes a TV, microwave, bar fridge, air-conditioning, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. The private bathroom includes a shower. Towels and linen are provided. Sunshine Beach Resort is centrally located in Miami and takes a 10 minutes' walk to stores, supermarkets and surf club. There is a bus stop just 100 metres away. This property provides a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that is utilised by surfers, cyclists, holiday makers that love enjoying the beaches and the picturesque lookout at North Burleigh Hill. Unfortunately this property does not accept animals/birds on the property. Registered with the proof paperwork assistance dogs only accepted. Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) is a 20 minute drive from the property. It is a 10-minute drive to Pacific Fair, Jupiters Casino and Gold Coast Convention Centre.
