Set just 1.1 km from Bulcock Beach, GUESTHOUSE on REGENT Bed & Breakfast features accommodation in Caloundra with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a housekeeping service. This homestay offers free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. The GUESTHOUSE on REGENT Bed & Breakfast is a family run GUESTHOUSE situated in the Caloundra CBD only 950m from the nearest Beach. Set on the 1ST FLOOR of a newly renovated Queenslander style house, the Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse has its own entrance, and is totally separate to the family home. In the upstairs part of the main building, we offer rooms of different sizes with shared bathrooms to suit all budgets. The area includes a spacious outdoor patio with outdoor seating and dining area to enjoy meals or a drink at the end of the day. All guests have the full use of the upstairs guest kitchen (shared with other guests) for the preparation of all their meals. Breakfast is available on request but not included in the room rate. Limited onsite parking is available on a 1st to arrive basis shared with other guests- one vehicle only per room booked. Michelle and Atem, the owners of this family run business, live onsite so never far away if you need anything else at all during your stay.
Michelle and Atem have been accommodation hosts in Caloundra since 2018 and have been awarded superhost status several years in a row on several booking platforms. We pride ourselves on offering clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation for all our valued guests, with a "feeling of home" experience as our previous guests have stated in their glowing reviews.
Our guesthouse is centrally located close to the CBD less than 950 metres (10 minute walk) from the nearest beach. A 2 minute walk to The Event centre and 850 metres to the shops. We are also within a 30 minute drive of all major tourist attractions including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Big Pineapple and the Ginger factory.
