We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Leura and features: - First bedroom with a double bed - second bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet - 1 living room with a sofa and a smart TV - outdoor decking around the cottage with outdoor furniture - 1 full-size kitchen including a fridge, a gas cooktop, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. - 2 parking spots next to the building and also on the driveway - There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, and fans are available in the bedrooms. - The gas heater is not available from every 01 Oct to Next year 30 April. Please use air conditioning instead - There is a CCTV installed at the property and facing the main entrance. This house would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break in Leura.

This unit is located within a quiet neighourhood, and the neighbors are either homeowners or long-term tenants. Please maintain quietness at all times. Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, kindly refrain from making loud noises or playing music. Thank you for your cooperation.
