Property information

Breezy newly renovated unit on the 1st floor (access by stairs only) overlooking the Maroochy River & Chambers Island . A perfect holiday spot to relax in nature. Outdoor pool, white sand beach access to soak up some rays or take the bikes for a ride along the river to enjoy the amazing sunsets. The popular Ocean street is just a short stroll along the river from your door and has entertainment for kids and adults. You can hire a boat, kayak or stand up paddle boards or take a scenic seaplane flight a further 500m up the river. Inside the unit you have : 1 Ensuite bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe, TV & ceiling fan 2nd bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe & ceiling fan, plus a 1 single mattress that can fit a child only. Main bathroom with bathtub & toilet separated Spacious equipped kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge & pantry Open plan dining lounge with fan and river view balcony Big screen TV, wi-fi, books, board games, stereo sound 2 bikes with helmet & 1 skate board. Laundry with washing machine , dryer, iron & iron board. Electrical hitter and extra pedestal fan. The unit is very aired - No AC required. Open car parking or street parking. Boat ramp close by- overnight boat at your on risk- The complex does not have a secure boat parking.
