This superbly positioned top floor, three-bedroom apartment is located at 'The Rocks' apartments, looking directly over magnificent Coolum Beach. The complex is located opposite the Boardwalk and only metres to the patrolled beach, shops Surf club and restaurants. This apartment is well appointed to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. The ocean views from the apartment are absolutely stunning. From the balconies, living room and kitchen you have ocean views of the coastline from Coolum to the Noosa Headlands. You can sit back and watch the whales cruise by, make a bite to eat in the self-contained kitchen or just enjoy the serenity of the sound of the ocean. Your private balcony provides outdoor dining furniture including sun lounges. The living area provides superb ocean views and leads onto the front balcony. Modern kitchen facilities include dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & cook top. You also have access to other amenities of The Rock's complex including the beachfront swimming pool, and BBQ facilities located at the rear of the complex. *Strictly no smoking on premise

Neighbourhood information

Coolum has an impressive surf club culture, with lifesavers first patrolling the pristine waters of this laidback coastal town way back in 1919. It’s also the home break of pro surfer Julian Wilson (so you know the waves are going to be fab). Nestled comfortably near the shores of Marcoola and Peregian, Coolum is fringed by grassy beachfronts, parks, and an idyllic ocean backdrop. If you’re in the mood for beachside strolls, sunrise hikes and some adrenaline-fuelled fun (how does water-skiing at Oz Ski Resort sound?), then Coolum is the spot for you.
