The location of this property is ideal for those who want the luxury of being able to walk to everything whilst on holidays. You can also just sit back and relax on your private courtyard area and enjoy the peace and quiet of the location or just simply laze around the pool. Please note that there is no A/C in this apartment, only ceiling fans. There is a PowerPoint in the garage area for EV charging.

Coolum has an impressive surf club culture, with lifesavers first patrolling the pristine waters of this laidback coastal town way back in 1919. It’s also the home break of pro surfer Julian Wilson (so you know the waves are going to be fab). Nestled comfortably near the shores of Marcoola and Peregian, Coolum is fringed by grassy beachfronts, parks, and an idyllic ocean backdrop.
