Located on the Canal and just a 5 minute walk to the Beach and all the shops and restaurants Mooloolaba has to offer. Catch yourself a fish from your own backyard and enjoy a BBQ looking over the water. Take a morning paddle and a ride on the included paddle boards and bikes or sit back and enjoy the relaxing views.
