Whitsunday Sands Resort is uniquely located on its own private peninsula, by the turquoise waters of the Great Barrier Reef. It offers all guests private access to 2 separate, magnificent beaches. On the eastern side of the resort is Horseshoe Bay, rated as one of the best beaches in Australia, while on the western side is the picturesque Grays Bay. You can enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset over the water on the main land, from the resort. This absolute beachfront property is a 5-minute drive from Bowen Golf Course and a 7-minute drive from Bowen Summergarden Cinemas. You can relax in your private, air-conditioned room, which features ocean views, a microwave, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery and a flat-screen TV with complimentary cable channels.
