Welcome to “Willow Cottage” – this recently refurbished cottage is set in a great location in the heart of the swan valley - offering a rare advantage of that “country feeling” but still within minutes of all the local amenities. The perfect spot for golfers too with the world renowned “Vines” golf course only a few minutes drive away. This 2 bedroomed cottage is situated to the rear of the main house (where the owners live) and has a separate driveway with designated guest parking, keeping the property totally private – with the luxury of the owners being close by should you need anything! Open plan lounge/dinning overlooks the modern chefs kitchen offering full oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning – perfect for those hot sunny days/cool winter nights. The owners have finished the cottage to a very high standard with top quality furnishings throughout. There is a separate study area – ideal if you are traveling for business and need a designated quiet spot! The 2 bedrooms both offer queen size beds and with quality bedding for your comfort. Large wardrobes with ample storage. The modern bathroom comprises of vanity, wc and full glass shower cubicle. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. The magical outdoor area is a perfect spot to spend your evenings with a raised deck area, barbeque and stone table for alfresco dining. There is festoon lighting in the pergola that really offers a magical feeling in the evenings. The property is for adults and children over 12 years old. NO hen/bucks parties considered. (Sleeps a max of 4) All facilities are exclusively for guests use only. Please note**ID is required for all quests on arrival. Either Drivers licence or Passport. Bookings for 2 persons for 1 x queen room. Bookings for 3/4 persons 2 x queen rooms.

Belhus is a small suburb made up of mainly acreage properties in the heart of the Valley. Ideally situated with all the local wineries, shops, restaurants all within very easy reach.
