Please note that all rooms are located on the upper floors (2nd floor) and accessible by stairs only.
Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur charges that will be shared and agreed upon at check-in. Damages will be charged to the (debit/credit) card provided at (time of booking/check-in/check-out)."

In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist.
A damage deposit of € 60 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
