Quarto de casal com banho privado e lavanderia em casa privada e independente perto da praia. Tudo ta novo. O quarto tem acesso independente e conta com muita privacidade. A casa fica perto de duas praias: uma com acesso por trilha (2km)e outra com acesso facil. Distancia 1.2 km. A casa tem dois gatos.
Somos um casal italo-argentino de 34 anos, e nossos dois gatos Oliver e Llamita. Moramos na ilha faz 6 anos e costruimo nossa casinha na natureza. O ambiente é familiar, descontraido e informal. Gostamos de musica, arte y animais.
O bairro está entre a Lagoa da Conceição e a praia da Joaquina, uma das mais lindas da costa leste. É bem tranquilo, residencial e familiar, muito sossegado. De aqui tem acesso perto de varias praias, Mole, Gravatá, Barra da Lagoa. Também fica a 2 km do bairro Lagoa da Conceição e a Cosa da Lagoa. Tem boa conexão com o centro da cidade.
