The apartment is conveniently located 10 min from Goderich to the north and 10 min from Bayfield to the south. There are many wineries, breweries, hiking/biking trails, golf courses, and local shopping close by.

I am a newly retired teacher enjoying my gardens and waterfront property. I had a prior cottage rental property for 30 years, but am looking forward to a smaller scale rental in my home.
