I’m proud to say my suite received a Traveler Review Award for 2025! The reward recognizes exceptional guest experiences as reflected through guest feedback and reviews in my first year of hosting. The suite is a cozy one-room, above-garage studio. It includes a queen bed, sofa, and dining area. Connected to the studio is a combined washing room and wee kitchenette with a shower, full laundry, mini-fridge, microwave, and hotplate. This room is shared with my family, and I ensure privacy by closing and locking our access when guests are with us. A window air conditioner keeps the space cool in the warmer months, and baseboard heaters with your own thermostat control on cooler days. This suite is perfect for one or two adult guests. The suite is available for short-term (day-to-day) rentals between May 1-September 30. I am taking applications for a single tenant to rent the fully furnished suite for 7 months from October 1, 2025-April April 30, 2026. Interested parties should message or call me.
I've lived in the charming town of Okotoks for the past 18 years and am grateful to call the stunning Foothills of Alberta home. I'm a proud parent of three terrific kids.
