    The location is on Calgary's west side, making Canmore, Banff, and Lake Louise all an easy drive from it's location. I noticed several golf courses near by and Shopping centers along with Calgary's Olympic Skiing facility is near by.

Our home is about 20 mins drive to downtown Calgary, and 45 minutes drive to Canmore. It has a shared front door. Once inside the property, a short hallway takes you to a private entrance which leads to the basement unit. The unit comes with an Ensuite bathroom, a private open-concept living room, a dining room, and a recreation area with a dedicated Netflix guest profile. When you enter the property, a short hallway leads to the entrance into the Basement Guest Unit, so you can be yourself and enjoy the same privacy that you would in a traditional separate entry home. The unit can be set up to sleep: two couples – that is 4 people. It is perfect for groups that want to stay in the same space, and for additional entertainment, it comes with a private pool table that converts to ping pong. You really can’t go wrong no matter how you dice this all-in-one accommodation. Don’t take my word for it, check it out for yourself and see what other guests are raving about. You can access the toaster oven and kittle in the kitchen on the main floor. Apart from the use of these items, we regretably are not able to provide the use of the kitchen for any other use. We also encourage guests to use the outdoor patio which is shared with guests. Laundry and washing machines are available at an additional price. However, for long-term guests, staying for more than two weeks, we offer one free load of washing and drying as a complimentary service. One last thing to keep in mind is that because we also reside here, we don't feel comfortable when guests invite visitors to the unit, So, visitors are not allowed in the property or within the private basement unit. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause you.

My husband and I reside on the main floor of the property, I am mostly out and about or out of your way unless I am needed, in that case, I am available to assist guests quicker. The community has over 50% green space, which is home to amazing wildlife, hiking trails, bike paths, the Bow River, and the Valley Ridge Golf Course with Mulligan Restaurant. Canada Olympic Park is only a 5-minute drive, with city and mountain views everywhere you walk. With a hiking trail through a forested/wilderness area between Valley Ridge and the Bow River. Lots of stairs are built into the trail. Some sections of stairs have rideable sections that parallel the stairs, in other sections, the stairs are unavoidable and cannot be ridden around From forest/wilderness Hikes to regular wildlife experience Valley Ridge is full of surprises!
