The three air conditioned guest rooms are named Spring, Summer and Autumn because of the colours of the Victorian wallpaper and the paintings on the walls. All three rooms overlook the bay of the Atlantic Ocean. A small brook runs from the garden into the ocean. The guest rooms and common areas are decorated with 19th-century paintings and engravings. The Marina Sailing Club and Varnus Hall, the famous sanctuary of classical music, and Canadian residence of the legendary organ virtuoso Xaver Varnus, are a two-minute walk away. Varnus Hall is home to one of Nova Scotia's most magnificent concert organs, with 3000 pipes. Within 3 minutes drive, another attraction of the area is the 'Cosby's Concrete Creations' of Nova Scotia sculptor, Ivan Higgins. His outdoor Sculpture Garden is amazing!
